Lisa brings 20 years of experience leading large-scale projects and teams to develop market-leading programs. Lisa was previously Director, K-2 ELA, at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH). Lisa has extensive experience in primary ELA educational publishing. She started her career at HMH as a Supervising Editor working on K-6 core and ancillary products. At HMH, Lisa advanced to Lead Learning Architect and then to Director. Her areas of expertise include scope and sequence development, concepting the vision and pedagogical approaches to programs, iterative product development, foundational skills instruction, professional development, and ensuring alignment with program evaluation criteria.
